Joy of Flow, Taste, Roam is a yoga studio opening in Fells Point, Baltimore. Here’s what joining our waitlist or contacting us involves.

What we collect

For the client waitlist: your email address, the interests you choose (Flow, Taste, or Roam), and signup and confirmation information. The interests are optional. For a general inquiry: your name, email address, and message. For a teacher introduction: your name, email address, yoga styles, teaching experience, training pathway and any completed hours you provide, and what draws you to Joy. Your city or neighborhood and teaching-profile link are optional.

Why

To confirm your signup and send Joy’s opening news and invitations to paid preview classes and suppers. Early access is by invitation only. Joining the waitlist is free and doesn’t guarantee an invitation or reserve a place. We don’t sell your address or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

If you previously joined for opening news only, that choice hasn’t changed. Preview invitations require a separate signup.

Who handles it

• Brevo stores the client list and sends confirmation and update emails. It also delivers teacher introductions and general inquiries to Joy’s designated email inbox.
• Vercel hosts the website and processes its forms. Its security services use request information, including IP addresses, to detect abuse and limit repeated submissions.
• Telegram and any configured signup notification service receive a client signup notice with your selected interests, not your email address. Teacher and general inquiry details are not sent to these services.

This website does not load visitor analytics. A session-only setting in your browser remembers whether you’ve seen the opening animation. It isn’t sent to us or used to track you.

If you contact us directly

The teacher and general inquiry forms send your answers to Joy’s designated inbox so we can respond; teacher details help us understand your practice and discuss a possible teaching role. Please don’t include sensitive health information. These forms do not add you to the mailing list or enroll you in the companion pilot.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from updates at any time. To ask about, correct, or delete information you’ve shared, use our contact form. We’ll respond within 30 days.

How long we keep it

We keep your signup information until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete it, or the list closes. We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting relationship, subject to applicable retention obligations.

The companion pilot

Joining this waitlist does not enroll you in the companion pilot. Its participation choices and data handling will be explained separately before anyone takes part.
